AIS Gateway is a company that provides account information access and data categorization and evaluation services. The company is subject to supervision by the Financial Supervision Commission. As part of its day-to-day operations, AIS Gateway is committed to ensuring regulatory compliance of its own processes with a number of Polish and EU regulations, including those arising from both generally applicable laws and various guidelines, communications, or positions.

• Ensure compliance of the offered solutions with the EBA guidelines and the KNF’s announcements and positions, including the Cloud Communiqué, as well as compliance with legal regulations including the PSD2 Directive and the Payment Services Act;
