The client faced the challenge of running a competition for startups in the “3W” sector. – water, carbon, hydrogen. The Heart Legal law firm has set its sights on providing comprehensive support for the legal aspects of the process. A pilot program to support originators and creators of “deep tech” technologies in the 3W area was conducted in conjunction with the client to identify the most promising initiatives. Winners of the competition can benefit from the support and development of a startup in the Venture Building model with the support of The Heart.

How we solved the customer’s problem

Our law firm supported the project in areas as:

• preparation of comprehensive legal and organizational documentation for the competition, ensuring transparency and compliance with the law;
• determination of the final composition of the selection committee and establish the process for selecting winners, ensuring the fairness and objectivity of the decision;
• Definition of the scope and format of Venture Building work, including further support and development of selected initiatives.
